My Approach

I focus on a collaborative client-centered approach that feels like a conversation guiding a person to find peace in their own life.  As a Behavior Intervention Coach, I work with educators, families, and students toward functionality in the school setting and am very much aware of the challenges children and adolescents face today.  I utilize various approaches in therapy depending on the needs of the client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Trauma Informed Practices.

Training & Education

I earned a Master's in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University with a sub-specialization in School Social Work.  Additionally, I hold a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Miami University where I focused on the importance of Social-Emotional Learning and Mental Health in the educational setting.  I have professionally worked as  a School-Based Therapist, School Social Worker as well as a Behavior Intervention Coach.
