My Approach
I focus on a collaborative client-centered approach that feels like a conversation guiding a person to find peace in their own life. As a Behavior Intervention Coach, I work with educators, families, and students toward functionality in the school setting and am very much aware of the challenges children and adolescents face today. I utilize various approaches in therapy depending on the needs of the client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Trauma Informed Practices.
